Are you actually licensed and insured?
Yes — every concreter on the Bedrock team holds a current builder's registration and we carry full public liability insurance on every job. Ask for our licence number any time, we'll happily hand it over.
How long does a driveway or slab take to pour?
Most residential driveways and slabs are formed, poured and finished in a single day. Full cure time is around 28 days, though it's safe to walk on after 24-48 hours and drive on after about a week, depending on conditions.
Do you actually give fixed-price quotes?
Always. We quote the job after a site visit, and that's the number on your invoice. If ground conditions genuinely change once we start digging, we stop and talk to you before continuing — you're never billed after the fact without a conversation first.
What happens if it rains on our scheduled pour day?
We track the forecast in the days leading up to your pour and reschedule proactively if rain is likely — before any concrete is ordered. If weather turns unexpectedly on the day, we protect the pour and reassess rather than risk a bad finish.
Can you match an existing decorative pattern or colour?
In most cases, yes. Bring a photo of the existing finish to your site visit and we'll tell you exactly what's achievable — stamped patterns and integral colour can usually be matched closely, though some natural variation is normal with concrete.

We're based in Bayswater and cover Perth's inner and eastern suburbs as our core patch — Morley, Midland, Victoria Park, Joondalup, Fremantle and surrounds. Give us a call if you're just outside that area, we can often still help.
